For 15 years, our firm was a part of ISS, one of the world\u2019s largest group of companies providing property management and cleaning services, whose joint and shared know-how and skills allowed our company to make use of experience accumulated over a hundred years.<br \/>\nFrom 2020 onwards, we will be operating under the brand tell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Major milestones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1995 ESS Puhastusteenused is founded<br \/>\n2005 The company joins ISS Group (established in 1901) and operates under the name of ISS Eesti in Estonia<br \/>\n2019 Estonian investors acquire ISS Eesti<br \/>\n2020 The company gets a new name: Stell<\/p>\n<p>Today, Stell employs nearly 1500 people and provides real estate management services all over Estonia. our branches are situated in Tallinn, P\u00e4rnu, J\u00f5hvi, Tartu, Viljandi, Kuressaare and Haapsalu.<br \/>\nStell is one of the leading companies rendering real estate management and administration services in Estonia.
