We are committed to providing high-quality and sustainable facility management services. Our goal is to create solutions that enhance service quality and optimize resource use. One of the most outstanding examples of this is the successful implementation of the Tork Vision Clean system at Ülemiste Center, which was awarded Stell’s 2024 #suunanäitaja project title.
Data-driven approach to cleaning services
Tork Vision Clean is the first system of its kind in Estonia and the entire Baltic region, taking cleaning services to a next level. Smart devices and a data-driven approach enable real-time monitoring and optimization of service quality. 
Smart sensors ensure that hygiene dispensers are refilled precisely when they run out, avoiding unnecessary refilling. The system also provides insights into which areas need more attention at specific times, enabling more efficient resource utilization.
Impressive results
The implementation of the Tork Vision Clean system at Ülemiste Center began in October 2023. As part of the project, we installed 123 smart Tork dispensers. In the summer of 2024, we provided the client with a summary, and the results were remarkable:
- Hygiene dispenser availability: 99% – ensuring constant availability of soap, hand towels, and toilet paper.
- Time savings: 15% – approximately 100 hours per month, which can be allocated to other cleaning tasks.
- Annual resource savings: 74 liters of soap, 26,000 meters of hand towels, and 75,000 meters of toilet paper.
By the way, these quantities allow us to serve over 100,000 visitors annually.
Collaboration and dedication as keys to success
The project became a reality thanks to our supervisor Anna Mizina, whose contribution was invaluable. She led the digitization of cleaning plans, trained cleaning staff, and coordinated communication with the supplier.
